#6 File the Annual Report
The Secretary of State has made it necessary to file the Annual Report online. The fee for the application is $50. The LLC Annual reports should be submitted by November 15. There is a fine of an extra $50 if you fail to file on time. You can file online or print the form and send it by mail with the payment to the Secretary of State.
You can also correct the filing mistakes in the Articles of Organization. There can be a spelling error, address error etc. The changes can be made by completing an amendment online on the portal. It takes 4 weeks time to process the amendment.
